Scam Alert Initial contact was pleasant, very responsive bit it was all a trap. I got a 60 day subscription, sat for the exam and passed with 2 weeks to go on the subscription. I got my credit card statement 1 week after the subscription end and there it was, another subscription charge. I reached out to Scrum study to object to the charge and request a refund. I got a response from Scrum study stating that because I did not cancel by subscription they automatically renewed it. Since then I've sent multiple messages pointing out the illegality of the charge, Scrum study has refused to respond or provide a refund. ********************* Thank you for your awesome response however I think you missed the point here. Like to said it's a 60 day subscription, you cannot renew without consent. In addition, most transparent organizations do not store payment information without explicitly making it known to the cardholder. This is not longer a tenable practice. You unilaterally charge the cardholder and expect the cardholder to call you within 7 days of the charge, this assumes the cardholder is constantly checking their account (or should I say not checking). That being, I've contacted support more than 5 times without a response or a refund.

This is one of thousands of India (all Bangalore, it seems) based pseudo eTraining companies. Nameless companies with obscured background and ownership, no contact information, shell/fake business addresses, etc. Worse of all... they're unrepentant, massive unsolicited email SPAMMERS. I hope none of you are silly enough to give them money *************** Their response below is hopelessly hilarious. (1) Registration in Maryland is a mailbox (2) Arizona office is empty unmarked business complex (3) Their other listed offices is in... Bangalore (4) They don't have PATENTS, which is intellectual property with actual potential value.... they have TRADEMARK and copyrights, which is a matter of paying 200$ to the USPTO to protect a name nobody on earth would want to steal, anyway. Nobody with half a brain could be convinced any of the above is proof of a reputable business with actual value. "A partner network of 1700 people in 90 countries" is the same as saying Amway (pyramid scheme) has 17000 employees in 100 countries. I actually feel bad for the suckers who have to peddle nonsense on their platform. A company with integrity would put proudly puts its founder and management in the About Us page, but of course Tridibesh is too ashamed to do that.

i've left so many support tickets on a double charge that you made on my course, but no response!!! and no refund! are you guys running some scam?!

Very poor to not say less customer service. I fully paid for a course 2 weeks ago and so far I haven't received any details or information about it. Requested someone to contact e several times and still waiting. That's not the kind of treatment you expect top receive, definetely won't recommend it.

Do not trust Scrumstudy.com DO NOT ENROLL I am very disappointed with ScrumStudy.com I enrolled in a class two weeks in advance before the class starts. I did not receive a confirmation of of the class location, so I emailed scrumstudy.com and called the customer service requesting the class location and three days before the Start date I received an email to inform me the class has been cancelled and they would suggest to take class in a different time or online! And they would not accept a refund. The class was terminated by them so legally they should issue a full refund. It is clear to me the class was fake, they just collected money from students and then sent an email to cancel such a cheap way of doing business.

Want to get a Scrum Master certification? Don't use ScrumStudy. I took a Scrum Master Certified training course by Scrum Study (and yes, I'm choosing to capitalize Scrum correctly) and became suspicious when they referred to the SBOK guide. This caused me to do some research. Turns out Scrum Study has created their own Scrum Master certification that is totally made up by them...really based on only their own word. They are capitalizing on having a similar sounding certification to Scrum Alliance's certification (SA: Certified Scrum Master, SS: Scrum Master Certified). Furthermore, they have created the SBOK, or "Scrum Body of Knowledge" Guide, no doubt capitalizing on the familiarity of PMI's PMBOK (Project Mgr BOK). This is all marketing that takes advantage of the fact that Scrum certification is too new to have a recognized authority. If you are looking for a recognized scrum master certification, consider the Certified Scrum Master (ScrumAlliance) or Professional Scrum Master (Scrum.org) certifications...each of these is recognized by the industry and many jobs require "CSM or PSM" certification...NOT "SMC". Furthermore, the SBOK is almost an abomination of Scrum. It takes the official Scrum Guide, written by the founders of Scrum and designed to be short and simple, and blows it up into a giant book. It is almost the antithesis of Scrum. It's truly an organization created to make money off the current popularity of Scrum and actually goes against some of its practices. Train with them if you want, but don't trust their certification, and don't count on the SBOK to be legit. Just study the Scrum Guide, free to anyone online.

If you do a google search for Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) training, Scrumstudy shows up. HOWEVER if you take the course, you DON"T get the opportunity to become a CSM. Instead you get ScrumMaster Certified (a certificate Scrumstudy has made up). Don't waste your money! Get the real thing!

I booked the Agile class for Virginia Beach in June, 2013. The class was cancelled shortly before it's scheduled class time. I re-scheduled it for Phoenix in September 2013. Four days before the class I get an email saying the class is being cancelled. I cannot speak to the content of the training course but I for one have written off the company as unreliable.
