Update. Just 1 day after initiating my redemption request, the very next morning the 50 usdt had been approved and deposited in my brand new metamask wallet. So, one more star for Scrooge! I won't give 5 stars until Scrooge stops using Binance. I can't get my usdt out of metamask without buying $20 bucks worth of BNB tokens first! So, its still not great, not very sincere about paying you if you can't turn it into something spendable without an additional investment. Right? The sign up process was glitchy and required about 3 tries with closing and reloading the site to finish my registration and another 3 restarts to get the promo I was offered in the email. Finally got a decent win that took me to $53.00. So, I went to cash out. You have to have a BNB block chain wallet!! Um. I don't do BNB because- check the binance reviews right here in trust pilot to see why. They are very bad. So, I trust metamask, and I download that wallet, which supports BNB. Then I connect it on the redemption page. Nothing Absolutely nothing happens. No Info, no message, nothing points to the redemption or to the wallet connection. ( it showed the initial connection authorization dialogue, that's all) So. I contact support. I received an email address. I write to the email address and I am still waiting for a reply. I don't know how it will work out, but my big question is: WHY ARE THEY USING BINANCE WHEN THAT COMPANY HAS THE WORST REPUTATION IN THE INDUSTRY FOR RIPPING OFF THEIR CLIENTS? WHY REQUIRE ME TO GET A BNB COMPATIBLE WALLET TO REDEEM? I am feeling very suspicious right now. I will absolutely come back and follow up immediately upon the completion of my payout request. I'll end up sounding like others on here, but the experience playing was fine. They have decent deals with free spins constantly. But when it came to me cashing out I needed to verify. Expected. Bank account, proof of address, and a ID. All file and dandy but for the address proof they only take utility bills. I only pay rent. Now they accepted th random piece of mail they used for...I'm not sure. I've sent them photos of all kinds of official non junk mail. Even a bill collector piece of mail, not a utility but a bill. Actually the experience playing wasn't terrible. Even though sometimes the games wouldn't load and the site has to verify you are a human multiple times.
