This doesn’t even deserve a one star, I’m still pissed off because my account has been blocked and I can’t do anything. I couldn’t even cash out the money I had on there, I wanted to get my money through PayPal and they wouldn’t let me. I argued with them about it and they blocked my account, this casino isn’t worth it.

Even though I've made numerous attempts to get an answer and only gotten silence, going to give the benefit of the doubt that there was some communication issue. Short of it is I won on my first deposit, extra docs were requested which I promptly provided. Next day withdrawal rejected and account banned for violating ToS. I really am not the confrontational type to make public comments, but if someone at scrooge could respond with some way to contact them to see what the issue is I would appreciate that. It's not a small sum of money and I genuinely cannot find a rule that I 'broke.' Saw a bunch of other good reviews for this site so was optimistic at first. Other reviews that are more aggressive~ get no where so I am honestly not trying to publicly critique here. I do not know what else to do. Edit 3/24/25- I spoke with someone on Scrooge's Facebook page that said it was a misunderstanding and they'd have someone look into it. After a few days of "you'll get an answer by tomorrow", messages stopped. Week later I commented on their page and was *immediately* banned from FB too. I wouldn't be putting this much effort in if I broke a rule. Funny thing is I've lost way more on other sites that I keep using because they're not shady like these crooks. They would have made that back plus some but ah well. Time to certify mail some claims
