The absolute worst packaging and shipping of fractional gold I ever experienced. Product arrived loose, marked and physically bent because of packaging. You take the time to produce 1/100th oz. pieces of gold and than ship them like scrap metal terrible terrible terrible

Beautiful product. Discreetly packaged. I have ordered several orders from them directly and always received my shipments. The demand will dictate the speed that they are delivered but they are always delivered. Prices for orders over $500 are great and their proprietary bars are the best looking on the market

I received my shipment today. I have been waiting over a year to hold my stackers and rounds in my hand. I was living overseas when I made the purchase. I am so grateful that Scottsdale Mint was able to vault my metals for me until I was able to have them shipped. As soon I returned stateside I contacted them with my new address and they replied in a short amount of time. My silver and gold arrived in less than a week from the shipping date. It was so much fun stacking the bars and rounds on my table. I must say the quality of the products was so much better than I expected. I certainly appreciate you working with me and holding my metals for over a year. Great products, and even better customer service!

Their deliveries may take more time but they are reliable, discreetly package, and have an A plus product.

These guys were excellent and very professional. I ordered from Australia and the shipping was fast once the order was picked. A crypto payment issue (my error) was resolved that day and the order was shipped without incident. Very trustworthy business, I highly recommend. Beautiful products. In terms of Waiting, other reviews are correct. They take alot longer to ship and expect 2 weeks extra on what they say the time is. I have currently received 3/4 orders, all about a week to 2 weeks delayed. BUT... this silver is dope, the prints are gorgeous and I was always able to get a response from customer service within 1 day. Im in between 4 and 5 stars because i do wish the time was accurate on shipping, but overall a pleasant experience. And we all know you are interested in them because their prices are well below any other site. I have already been able to sell any minted coin the same as an American round at my local dealers with no issue, but im planning on keeping most of their prints in my collection because they just look so damn cool. Check out their tube of 20 deals that you find often, you cannot beat that pricing.

WARNING!!!! Read the reviews... I ordered 2 months ago... nothing. I can't reach them by phone or emails aren't being returned. I will never buy from them again
