My 98 year old mother wanted to purchase silver for 2 of my children for their birthday’s. I am also on my mom’s checking account so this should have not been a problem. The bank took 2 days to release the funds after I raised hell with them. They had no right to deny her the use of her funds. Then to add insult to injury, Scottsdale mint refused to process her order without talking to her. They apparently have people calling you with no notice of who’s calling and from out of state numbers which I didn’t answer. You can call Scottsdale Mint but only get to talk to a message taker. I have never been treated so bad after giving money to them. I understand protecting the elderly but this was just a bunch of shit! The account has both are names on it!

I appreciate the notification of items on sale or any new items. Compared to the last purchase and now the delivery time was better. Items are also well packaged. Thank you.

I have been a Scottsdale customer for 2 years now and love the variety of products and quality of them as well. Recently I reached out to customer service because I wasn't seeing my past orders because I hadn't logged into my account every time. Their customer service person Sarith I believe was their name got me squared away and all my previous orders migrated under one email address. I highly recommend Scottsdale for all your stacking and collection needs

They're accommodating to questions - everything is high quality. They don't hesitate to modify or cancel an order if you need them to as well. Very professional and customer oriented.

I have ordered from Scottsdale Mint several times and every order is faster than I expect it to come. I have a couple of online places I buy my precious metals, and they are great. I know what I buy is going to come exactly how it looks on the website. I never pay shipping and it is insured. I will keep ordering, their prices are also competitive.
