I came in to the surgery on Saturday following a call to Denplan about a very troublesome wisdom tooth that had partially came through but was growing towards my cheek. I was in a lot of pain due to the positioning of the tooth meaning that every time I bit it was pinching the inner parts of my cheek. The dentist that I saw didn't hesitate in requesting some xrays and coming up with a treatment plan. Little did I know that he was willing to remove the tooth there and then! I waited over a year for an NHS extraction preciously and gave up before I went private! He made sure I was in no pain and removed the tooth with what felt like very little effort, you could easily tell he was a professional. The anaesthetic wore off and besides a bit of ache, the original pain has gone and I feel 10x better. Cannot thank him enough! Highly recomend.

Lovely staff and so very friendly. The dentist was kind and considerate and gave me all my options. He made me feel as relaxed as he could (I’m petrified of the dentist) and as a result of this, I will be going back to see him regularly. Highly recommend this practice

After visiting this dentist with an impacted wisdom tooth which my original dentist wouldn’t touch Dr Andrew Kalli told me he could remove it there and then to my relief! What can I say he is the most professional, caring and relaxed dentist I’ve come across, he explained to me what was going each step of the way and reassured me that everything will be ok. He truly cares for his patients and gives off the most calming vibe, which we all need when we’re in that chair! Let’s just say he will now be the only dentist I see. Also getting an appointment here is so easy! I managed to get one the same day!

I've been coming here for just over 4 years now and I am a nervous patient....Always want to be sedated but I actually had root canal treatment without the sedation the other day!! I have come a long way since my first visit, I see Richard Ostins and he is very good with nervous patients, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! I have a long journey but it is so worth it! I have even had cosmetic treatment too. At 53 I finally have a smile I'm happy to show off!! I am 100% Happy with The Scott Arms Dental Practice :)

First class experience as usual with Dr Emma Pickering who is always reassuring and clearly explains all processes. I know that my teeth, gums and my wellbeing are all a priority. I do not hesitate to recommend Dr Emma Pickering.
