The dentist I saw told me I needed a filling and a root canal and potentially a new crown. He also claimed I had irreversible pulpitis. He said he would go in a kill the nerve and charge me a couple hundred, with the full treatment costing around £2,000. The next day I managed to get seen by my actual dentist and they advised I had some gum inflammation around my wisdom tooth. Several xrays showed I had no other issues. Be careful of this dental practice! Very dangerous place to go!

I had bad wisdom tooth pain and was offered an appointment quite promptly, the surgery/ dentist was not upfront about the charges and after paying for two x-rays , consultation and antibiotics I was assured I would be contacted the following week regarding the extraction. Three months on, they have still make no contact and have ignored all my emails and no called me back. Very disappointing.

I had an implant fitted a year ago, my own dentist did a routine X ray and found the implant screw was too short and not in deep enough, also at an angle allowing for the chance of food getting stuck between, outcome is I have to have the implant removed and a complete new one, avoid this dental practice

A 200 sedation that never worked, was in that much pain that I nearly fell out of the chair, when I complained , simply didn't want to know, only interested in taking out more teeth, wouldn't refund my money , even thou to WHITE ladies got a refund cause they didn't like the treatment....

Paid £190 for a sedation that never worked, was in such pain and agony that I nearly fell off the chair, when complained all he had to day was at least we got your tooth out. No care or attention towards myself, only interest in taking the next 3 teeth out.

It's an outdated practice and you'll realise when you sit in the reception and watch the screens on display. I went for an invisalign consultation and the appointment was delayed first of all and when i went to see a dentist it was just a rushed job. Also, they managed to hustle £30 from me for an x-ray of my teeth which many orthodontists do for free. If you're thinking of doing invisalign here, I'd say avoid it and go to a specialist instead.
