Welcome duplicate charges and access to fraud charges on your account

The platform serves a basic purpose, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I would go as far as saying it is non-existent. In addition to having poor customer service, there is no security on usage of your bank cards. I seem to have been charged twice for this service, and it turns out that I had an account created with my email that I use regularly and a google email, that I don't recall creating and never used. So I have been charged twice for overa a year on this and the only explanation I get, is that we have users create multiple accounts using the same card all the time (access to fraud readily available). No exception or even transfer of the paid funds to the active account offered, just a sorry excuse that nothing is possible. As soon as I find an alternative to this service, I would rather cancel than use this company anylonger

We’ve noted your feedback about the support you received, and we’re also sorry the explanation about multiple accounts on the same card came across as dismissive, as it wasn’t meant to suggest anything about you. Finding a second account you don’t remember creating, and learning you’ve paid for both for over a year, is upsetting. We’d like to review both accounts and the billing on each. On your concern about card security, your card details are confidential and private, and we treat them that way. You can also change your payment method at any time from your account settings. You also asked whether the funds could be moved to your active account, and that’s a fair question.
