Brandon Harris is the best. He helped and guided me to reset my grill to WIFI. Spent approx. 1 hr. on phone and determined that the issue was a faulty control panel. He sent me a replacement panel, which I received in 3 days. His support, knowledge and his professional customer support was wow way over the top. He even emailed an instruction procedure as how to run fan alone for cold smoking. I have had contact with other RecTec personnel, which all of whom have been very professional and courteous. I bought this for my husband’s birthday a few days ago. He started using it that night for dinner. Just ribeyes plural. 30 days ago he started a new diet called “Carnivore” and only eating meat for every meal. For the past month he has been laboring over our bbq cooking low and slow. All grass fed beef, salmon, pork and chicken. Entrance the Blazing Bull 1500 degree grill. He is absolutely sold and in love with this grill. Today he cooked a Tomahawk ribeye in 6 minutes. Medium rare and perfect. This grill is so great it is now in our will! Thanks BB for turning my Carnivore into a steak grilling fanatic.

This is a fantastic product with one flaw — if the winds gets above 6 or 7 miles per hour (not very high at all), the heating elements blow out. Makes it difficult to bank on using the Bull. It when it works, it does exactly what it is supposed to do— perfectly grilled steaks.
