Great grill but some improvements are needed: 1) When the cooking surface is pulled out the fats catcher needs to be in sync. 2) Stop using UPS. That’s just asking for trouble. Just go with FedEx. 3) Grill needs to be about 4” deeper so that food on the outer perimeter is cooked like the food in the interior. 4) Need a natural gas option. 5) The cooking surface needs to have a higher more perpendicular backer so food doesn’t slide off the back when using a spatula. 6) the left and right periphery interferes with items being cooked when the cooking surface area is being fully utilized. That’s all for now. The lack of flareups and food being cooked and carmelized are very big pluses. So much so that I bought a second one for our own usage!

This grill hands down makes the best steaks I have ever cooked. To call it a grill is almost an insult as it is more like a precision cooking instrument. I absolutely love it. I have had my Blazing Bull for about 6 weeks now and use it 2-3 times/week, sometimes more. Every steak has been amazing and have yet to really ruin one. Once you figure out the times for your preferred doneness, the grill will reproduce every time. The crust it imparts on the steak is as good as the best steakhouses out there. It’s all stainless and built like a beast. It’s portable as long as your a weight lifter. I was slightly disappointed in that I did have to return it for a warranty repair, but I got it back within a week. Customer service was very good.

The grill itself is great and very easy to set up and get started. Turning out some first rate steaks. Lost one star for the cover, as small a thing that that is, but for the price of the Bull the cover should be included. I ended up buying the cover and had a good experience with customer service resolving a shipping issue.
