SCHUTZReviews of schutz-shoes.com

The shoes I bought had a % off for labor day. I did not realize that any sale shoes is non returnable, but if pester them they will give you a store credit they say....NO THEY DON'T. The shoe does not fit and I cant buy another size, they asked for A picture of the bottom of the shoe, I sent it. Now...... nothing!!! Dont buy any of their shoes on sale!!!!

Absolutely horrendous experience. They not only sent me a pair of shoes that had been scuffed up so clearly it was a used shoe. Then I had purchased 2 pairs of shoes that were very uncomfortable. I returned them under an exchange for a DIFFERENT model of shoes and when those arrived they were too small. They refused to return these stating “it was an exchange” and they don’t return exchanges. The checkout didn’t even alert me when I did the exchange. How are we supposed to shop online without being able to return something we can’t try on in person? They just screwed me out of $300. Will never purchase again.

Received my shoe last night and it’s a wrong size. Wanted to exchange it with a larger size and because it was a sale item company denied exchanging it. Very disappointed because now I have no use for this shoe. I will never order from this website again.

Ogólnie zadowolony. Polecam. Choć miały być w środku że skóry w całości a nie są. Wklatka z pianki. Język z tworzywa sztucznego. Wykonane są super i wygodne ale nogą nadal będzie mi się pociłam. Muszę dokupic gruba skorowa wkładkę

Customer service went out of their way to refund a glitch when checking out so that I still received my 30% discount. They were personal and had wonderful communication- and I love my shoes!! Thanks again!!!

I'd leave a .5 star review if it was an option. I ordered two pairs of shoes on a Monday morning. I paid for expedited shipping. I checked the status on Tuesday and they were still processing. I checked the status on Wednesday and they were still processing. I reached out on Wednesday and let them know that these were to be expedited, they were paid for expedited shipping, and that I needed the shoes on Friday as I was leaving town Friday afternoon. They responded and said that they understood and would get my shoes shipped as a priority. It is now Thursday evening and I just got an update. My shoes will be delivered on Saturday by 8 PM. I let them know that I was leaving town on Friday yet they chose not to have a delivery time by Friday. It's incompetence.

The shoes are so poorly made that they are impossible to wear comfortably. There is absolutely no cushioning and they are hard as a rock. Also, the website promoted a 25% off if the purchase was made via the app. I downloaded the app and used the code. Now I cannot get a refund because I happened to use the code, even though there was absolutely NO caution about it. It's a fraud of a website encouraging you to use a discount code, which would prevent you from getting your money back. What a scam.

Misleading Sizing and a Terrible Return Policy I ordered a pair of shoes in my usual size, but they were far too wide for my feet, despite being described on the website as standard width. The sizing information is misleading. I would have been willing to try another style and give the brand a second chance. However, SCHUTZ only offers store credit instead of returning the money to the original payment method. I am not willing to pay for shipping again and risk ending up with another pair that I do not like or that still does not fit. What am I supposed to do with store credit if the brand’s shoe shape simply does not work for my feet? This policy leaves customers trapped with either shoes they cannot wear or credit they may never be able to use. SCHUTZ had an opportunity to keep me as a customer, but instead, their return policy made sure I will never shop with them again. I strongly recommend reading the return policy very carefully before ordering. You may end up stuck with unsuitable shoes and no real refund option.
