I really wish I could give zero stars. Worst customer experience ever. Besides the face that it took numerous outreaches before I was even able to get someone, they couldn't have been less helpful. I ordered two of the same pairs of shoes, each in a different size because I wasn't sure which one would be better. I obviously didn't need both, so went to return the other pair that didn't fit. Apparently I had purchased during their archive sale, which I did not know, and they have a policy that you can't return anything purchased during that. NOWHERE on the site -- either on the product page or during the multiple stages of booking -- was final sale conveyed. I asked multiple times for them to make an exception because I obviously wasn't aware of this or wouldn't have ordered TWO of the same shoe, and all I got was unhelpful form responses saying they couldn't accept a return. Will never, ever purchase directly through them, and likely won't purchase the brand in general anymore. Currently taking this up with my credit card company because the whole thing seems fradulent.

I was really apprehensive to order from this company after reading reviews here, but I have to say: My experience was great. I chatted with someone from customer service just to gauge their responsiveness and the person was very nice and informative. I placed my order and received confirmation and then shipping info in a very timely manner. I received my shoes and they are LOVELY. It's hard to find well made leather shoes, and these really fit the bill. I found them to be true to size and very nice in quality.

Do you read your comments? You don't deserve a star! Bunch of Thieves!!! No return from Canada! All shoe sizes are wrong!!! If they do return, they don't return taxes you paid and charge you twice for the shipping a double price! Their shoes are not good quality either! And BAD customer service! Schultz you suck! I'll never deal with you again!!!

Originally I had complained about FedEx and a delivery issue. Long story short, I had a missing box that was marked delivered. I contacted Customer Service, they asked a few questions and one of the resolutions was to replace the missing item. I agreed to that but never heard back. The lack of follow up and disappearing act is something I have only encountered once or twice with lesser companies, in 20 years. Then I emailed Cust Service again 4 days later to let them know the missing box was found (another long story). Again no response, not even a Thank You for letting us know and we will cancel the replacement (which wasn't even in progress). I am shocked that the customer service was so awful and disappointed because I like their shoes. Now I hesitate to order online from them. Also I just sent shoes back to return, let's see how long the credit takes. Most stores would send me notification of the return status. I have yet to receive any notification and it has been almost a week since my package was received. Good thing I have a great credit card company if I need to dispute this order.

I have a number of Schutz shoes in my closet, but this was my first experience buying online. I didn't care for the boots, and tried to return the next day...only to learn that I have to receive a confirmation from customer service. Ok, allow 1 to 2 business days? It's will be a week tomorrow, and the box is sitting on my desk, and I have not received a return confirmation. Subsequent emails to customer service have gone unanswered. I ordered two pairs of shoes. I got a message that I would be receiving a refund without any explanation. I looked on the site to find that shoe was sold out. I contacted customer service because they only credited the cost of the shoe not the cost of the shipping. I contacted Schutz's customer service and they responded as if it is was my fault. They responded that I had returned the shoe and I never received the shoe. So now it looks like I'm paying more for a the other pair which was on sale. Highly disappointed. I will not be ordering anything from them again.

I give them CERO start Worst customer service ever. Never I’ll buy shoes from Schutz again. Expensive, uncomfortable and don’t refund your money back.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company. Love their shoes, but I will never buy directly from them again. I have called the company numerous times, each time leaving a voicemail, and it always goes straight to voicemail without ever receiving a call back from anyone. I also emailed them several times, and finally managed to receive a very basic response back after several days of waiting, that did not even address my question! As a last resort I decided to DM them on Instagram, but of course the message was left unread. No, I do not recommend.
