Great response time (within an hour) for requests and resolving issues: 1) Perliza for changing my airline millage number; 2) Mellan for booking aisle seat assignments for my return flights (all full) when the airline app wouldn't. Thanks to you both for a great experience. I've already recommended scholartrip.com to two people with upcoming trips.

Exemplary Service: Navigating Flight Changes
I had an amazing experience with ScholarTrip's customer service! Ms. Fiel, their representative, went above and beyond to assist me. She showed remarkable patience and expertise as I navigated multiple changes to my international flights. Not only did she meticulously research alternative flights and airports to ensure seamless connections, but she also had to liaise with other airlines as ScholarTrip is a third-party service. Despite the potential 24-hour response time, Ms. Fiel managed to provide me with updates within just an hour or so. Her dedication and efficiency truly made a world of difference for me. I will continue to use ScholarTrip for my future travel plans.
