We have used Scholartrip for many years and find the fares to be the best. More importantly, the customer service is fantastic. Leslie was able to get my trip approved the second time. On the first, I called customer service as soon as the flight cancelled. I was told to resubmit, that additional checks would be required, and sure enough it happened as advertised. Thank you! We saved nearly $1700!

Unfortunately, we were part of the 300 passengers who were left stranded in Lagos, Nigeria when the Nigeria Labour Congress protested against Turkish Airlines, causing our flight to be cancelled. When we couldn’t get assistance directly from Turkish Airlines, we were directed to call Scholar Trip. We were assisted by Nomer Eugenio, who helped us to rebook our flight for the next day. When we were informed that that flight was also canceled, we immediately sent a mail to Scholar Trip and between Margaret Quiday, Joselle Sosoter and again Nomer Eugenio, we were able to be booked on a flight. Even though we were stranded in Lagos we were not stranded by Scholar Trip and their assistance helped to calm our hearts during this trying situation. Thank you so much!

After purchasing our initial roundtrip tickets for 2 passengers, we had to change one passenger's return. We were able to make that change with you thru on-line live chat. And then when it came for this passenger to return, the airline had cancelled her flight. We had to work with your on-line live chat customer service again... and then email... and you were always responsive and prompt. And eventually, we worked everything out.
