SchlageReviews of schlage.com

We installed Schlage handles & locks on our doors when we moved in 12 years ago. The moisture and sun eventually had the outside handles looking bad. I contacted Schlage and found out they have a lifetime warranty so they sent me replacements for free! Was surprised since the only problem was cosmetics. Since then, I went to buy more for the other doors that had Baldwin locks. Baldwin was going to charge me to replace them. Schlage stands behind their product.

Now this review pertains to the Canadian portion of the company. Had my keyed deadbolt door knob combo for 22 years. Had a problem with the latch throw. Sent pictures and Noah the customer service representative sent me a brand new combo set. They stopped producing my 22year old model. They stood behind their warranty. Thanks again Noah for taking care of this. Rob Perry

Schlage Z Wave Plus - batteries worked but lock did not retract. Sent a video and programming code, and had a new one shipped out the next day. Just EXCELLENT service!!!

Great Product for the price. Satin finish for my front door My neighbors really like it and told me so. level handle works well with older people. Deed bolt makes me much safer very easy to install, this was a replcement lock set.

We've been using Schlage locks at our vacation rentals for almost a decade and couldn't be happier. We love that we can use the app to set key-codes remotely and with time access intervals. We recently integrated them automatically in our reservation management platform Hostaway, and have had very few issues. We talk with other motel owners, and many have switched to Schlage because of us.
