My consultant Is fantastic I can’t fault her. However that’s where it stops. The company is terrible. Products are good but I am now of the opinion over priced. The company it’s self does not care about it’s customer only it’s profits. There are much better U.K based companies out there. My orders unless my consultant manages them never arrive on time. This time and the last time I will order from them my order has been processing for a month. They do not answer emails. Any issue your advised to go through your consultant. I was told my order had shipped 8 days ago but on their system it’s still processing. It’s a big order and therefore costly and my money was taken on the day of the order. I also have subscriptions with them on a monthly basis. This will all be cancelled and I have found another source which is superior. Terrible customer service, that is if you can understand the customer service advisor. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I was hung up on 4 times I have called 9 times in one day and got no where. Until I said I would do a review my consultant would not help me. The customer service advisor told me to call my bank as my order was cancelled but payment had been took out my bank with no refund. I have waited 17 days for it to be at the warehouse, I told my consultant it was a mother's day gift and a birthday present those dates are far gone. I will give them until Friday as they have gone from 2 week delivery to 3 week delivery it will be 3 weeks on Friday. My 4 emails have also been ignored

My son was abused at his workplace today by a consultant of this company. Helen Thomas used to be a headteacher at a primary school. 7 years ago he left and has not seen her or spoke to her since he left primary school. Today my son was at his work and she remembered him and gave him abuse. All the management came down and banned her from every home bargains in the country and her picture is on the wanted board. He is under 18 and this is disgusting behaviour from someone who works at your company. So how do you feel Helen to be shamed at your company. Oh and she tried to sleep with all the men at the primary school and stole the school funds. She got fired as a headteacher. Great role model.

I placed an order on 1/28 on 2/5 I received a call from FedEx saying there was an issue with the delivery on 2/16 after 6 phone calls and being told there was no way to deliver the order to me (this was from FedEx) I called Scentsy and spoke to Mikey ( I hope the spelling is correct) in less than 10 min she had reordered for me and I received my order yesterday. Thank you so much for all the help

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES. I purchased products through a Scentsy consultant. One of the products stopped working and because the consultant I purchased from is no longer with Scentsy I contacted the company because the product was in warranty. I spoke to a repugnant and vile female who insisted that in order to effect my statutory rights I must go on their site, find the list of all Scentsy consultants and start ringing round them all until I "find one who might be helpful". When I pointed out that this requirement is completely unreasonable, not to mention non inclusive as this is something many with hidden disabilities would find very difficult, I was met with vile discriminatory comments from the same vile specimen employed in their inappropriately named "customer services". What a horrible company - truly vile!

I absolutely LOVE these wax melts. So strong, long lasting and a great variety. Slightly on the pricy side but good quality so don’t really mind paying that little bit extra.

oh god where do i start? Products are tacky and way over priced. Wax is ok but scent dosen't last long Worst MLM company I know to work for (earning £250 before you make any money ) Customer service - WHAT SERVICE AT ALL!!!! avoid unless you like being ripped off.

I was sent the wrong item and I was told that I cannot get a refund I can only exchange it. And on top of that the description on the website does not match the product they offered to replace it with.
