Always been happy in the past. However decided to try a diffuser. First one arrived not working. Now the one I have isn’t working and it hasn’t been a year. These are too expensive to not last a year. I wrote them and they never responded… not purchasing anymore of anything

Fed Ex was supposed to deliver my product. It never arrived, and they cannot find my information. I contacted Scentsy. They said that since the address said 12665 instead of 12664, there is nothing they will do. There is no 12665 on my street, so someone messed up. My problem with Scentsy is that they did not offer to help me or replace my shipment, and I am out $70. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Scentsy I ordered Luna and I usually love the smell because you can smell it for days but it doesn’t smell the same as it used to. What have you done different.

Ordered a Wall Plug Base for Ceramic or Metal Mini Warmer (15W). No silicone washer or 15W bulb in the box. Just the wall plug base and instructions. Instructions aren't doing me any good since I don't have the silicone washer or a clear bulb. Someone was sleeping on the job. Or steeling from the job. It is unacceptable. For the price you pay for their stuff and then when you order you don't get what you ordered is very unacceptable.

Ich fühle mich etwas Abgezockt. Auf einer Verkaufsparty war der Duft 1A einfach nur geil. Nachdem ich die Bestellung erhalten habe roch der gleich Duft extrem nach Chemie und hatte auch nicht die Intensität wie auf der Verkaufsparty. Die Beraterin war naja sagen wir mal so es war ihr egal den umsatz hat sie gemacht danach ist alles egal ...

Habe mal etwas von Scentsy zum Geburtstag geschenkt bekommen, fand es super toll. Daher gibt’s wenigstens einen Stern. Dann wollte ich meiner Mutter etwas zum Geburtstag davon schenken, 3 Wochen im Voraus bestellt, bis zu ihrem Geburtstag nichts angekommen. Einfach enttäuschend und schade. Gut riechen und schön aussehen tuts, aber wenn ewig nichts ankommt, hat man auch nicht wirklich was davon. Also am besten Monate im Voraus bestellen!!!

Horrible customer service, I called and ended up on the phone for an hour. When I finally got a hold of someone , I simply ask to cancel the order I had made the previous night. (The website says it can take 3 days for orders to be shipped ) the woman on the phone says “oh wow, that shipped fast, I’ll go ahead and cancel the order and have the shipping company send it back to us, and I’ll email you along the way to keep you updated “ I said “absolutely that sounds great”… here we are 4 days later and I get an email saying my order was shipped and is sitting at my front door. My order that was supposed to be cancelled. Not a single email from Scentsy telling me they couldn’t get the package shipped back, not a single update nothing. I’m pissed

They don't care anymore, they want sellers to get 3 more people to sell scentsy. thats insane for normal people who have other jobs and this is just a hobby. I supported my mu have 6 warmers have gifted heaps away and my grandma supporting my mums hobby and passion for scentsy for 10+ years. Now they greedy, don't care about their people below them. My mum is now looking for a new fun side hustle that aligns with her. I cannot wait to watch this company go belly up trying to get influencers do their work with commission. They don't care and when my mum said she's cancelling "oh you're like our children blah blah" Wouldn't you want your -children- to be happy and do something they love, talk about a guilt trip. good luck with your affiliates.
