Recently joined as a consultant to get discounts. I spent over $1000 AUD within 15 days of joining to be able to avail the FREE shooting star enhancement kit. When I tried to redeem it, it said I have to pay $339 for it! Contacted their customer service but she couldn't do anything. How hard is it to just update the workstation? But obviously, it was their intention to bait people - false advertisement at its finest. Such a huge waste of time and effort! CSR said she could try to cancel my order but no guarantees as it's now in printed status - are you joking me? It hasn't even been shipped as I just placed my order a few hours ago (at 2am!), then refund would take 7-10 days. LOL! Also, I was told I would get a negative PRV for cancelling! Worst service ever! I'm so done with Scentsy as they cannot be trusted. Lots of companies selling wax bars - for a lot cheaper and better customer service - plus made of soy and no paraffin. Stay away from Scentsy!

I have three different Scentsy warmers. As a whole, the products work well. The problem with the Scentsy organization is, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT and TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS!! If your buy something from one of their reps, they are really happy to sell it to you. If you have an issue with the purchase, you are out of luck. 30-day returns, exchange only. No mention where to send it or whom to contact for exchange. Emails for help are ignored. If you send the product back to whom shipped it to.......they never get back with you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONLINE COMPANY. TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS!!

My suri the seahorse plush has faded on one side. The rainbow scales are not vivid anymore. It was literally kept in a dark closet for a long time. Since this is probably a multilevel marketing company I doubt I’ll get any customer support. Avoid for the poor quality products- no matter how cute they are.

MLM SCAM! This is a pyramid scheme! Don’t fall for it.

Awful customer service!! I have never received my item which was ordered over a month ago on the online store and have tried complaining. It has taken me to have to raise a claim on PayPal to get any response from the company. They have not offered me a refund or any compensation for the £6 shipping fee I paid. They just keep constantly telling me that’s it’s my responsibility to track my parcel via UPS. They are the worst company I have ever experienced and I will never use them again.

I returned an item to my consultant. That was on the 4th March. I’ve not received any refunds, even though they say they did. So I’ve spent £30 with nothing to show for it. Be very careful if you send anything back.
