Do not buy from this Company. I paid £162.50 on 20th November for 4 Christmas presents. To date 6th January still not received the items

Purchased a diffuser which broke after a year. They gave me a brand new one just like that! Amazing service!

I dont even know where to start. My wife purchased some extortionate wardrobe air freshners. They have MELTED hangers (what is in those things?!?!?) and RUINED a £250 polo. There's no means of reporting the defect and they have ruined my limited edition polo. Avoid at all costs

Placed an order for 2 warmer bulbs and it took 2 weeks to arrive. One bulb didn't work, so emailed them and they have not replied. It's been almost a week

Ordered items last month and still haven't received them. Sent by UPS, no delivery attempt was made, sent to drop off location without asking me, no notification to inform me. Went to location and no parcel there, Scentsy say that I've picked it up, no evidence provided to say I have. So I'm left with no goods and out of pocket. Customer service is absolutely shocking, no way of contacting them. They put it all on the sale reps which is unfair as it's not their fault. Stay clear from the American cow boys.

Absolute Frechheit! Auf einer Party, von der Beraterin im nachhinein erfahren, dass Kunden Porto zahlen müssen. Umso mehr Umsatz, desto teurer der Versand. Am liebsten wäre ich vom Kauf zurück getreten. Konnte ich aber der Gastgeberin nicht zumuten. Also haben wir jeder (7 Personen) 3,50 Euro Versand bezahlt.... Unglaublich....! Noch nie auf einer Verkaufsveranstaltung erlebt! Kaufe nie wieder was bei diesem Verein!

152 for a warmer and it stops working and theres no customer service so so much for life time warranty, disgust not my first problem with your selfs my stitch warmer peeled and your incorrect advice your reps give to get the sale. Also push reps rushing you to purchase even when asked to stop pushing scentsy as it puts me off. I have 14 scentsy warmers and had enough of them as a whole

Ich habe einige Produkte dieser Firma erworben. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit denn buddys, Wärme Lampen, Duft wachs usw. Die Preise sind relativ teuer da es sich meist um Marken Ware handelt scentsy und meist der vertreibende Mitarbeiter seinen Lohn bekommt. Jedoch bin ich von der Qualität überzeugt und ich kaufe gerne weiter dort
