We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. Could you please send us your full name or order number so we can look into your order right away? We'd like to investigate what happened and help resolve this as quickly as possible. In some cases, an order may have already been delivered but unfortunately misplaced during the delivery process. We also typically send tracking updates via SMS, so if possible, please check your text messages to see if you've received a tracking notification.
