4 times was enough of a chance to prove themselves.
We've been 4 times now after a neighbor recommended them. The staff is friendly and it's easy to book but I'd have to say the results are inconsistent at best and very expensive. We brought our dog in after the start up promos and paid almost $200 for a trim and wash!!!! The "cheaper" membership programs are confusing and almost impossible to cancel, so that didn't help. They were nice enough to use our shampoo, which I appreciate, but the cut was very uneven leaving chaps half trim and sanitary cut was not really complete. Each visit we've discovered that at least one item we've asked them to do wasn't done - but you don't really find out until you get your dog home. I'd have to say we won't be back a 5th time.
