Senthound is a Great Grooming place . Our big boy Griff was groomed each month for a year and he was slways happy smelled wonderful and his nails always looking great and the Staff is amazing . This is for the scenthound in sorrento valley .

They do a great job on my doodle. I am very picky. They leave notes for each groomer. Very satisfied. Everyone is very nice. I highly recommend!!!

We've been 4 times now after a neighbor recommended them. The staff is friendly and it's easy to book but I'd have to say the results are inconsistent at best and very expensive. We brought our dog in after the start up promos and paid almost $200 for a trim and wash!!!! The "cheaper" membership programs are confusing and almost impossible to cancel, so that didn't help. They were nice enough to use our shampoo, which I appreciate, but the cut was very uneven leaving chaps half trim and sanitary cut was not really complete. Each visit we've discovered that at least one item we've asked them to do wasn't done - but you don't really find out until you get your dog home. I'd have to say we won't be back a 5th time.

We have been a member for 3 yrs. Groomers do a good job. Lucy always looks great when they are through with her.

Subscriptions are tricky if not downright deceptive. When I quit my subscription, the Scenthound manager quickly went in and charged my credit card an extra $70.00 above and beyond the monthly fee. Buyer beware.

I was sold a "Founding Membership" in Scent Hound Clemson several months ago. My understanding was that it would include a bath, ear cleaning, nail trimming, and teeth brushing. It never occurred to me to ASK if a brush and blow dry was extra. Or if the use of a dremel was extra! Today, while I was waiting to get my Havanese back, two very large dogs with long coats came out looking great! Not my girl - she looked like a wet rug!! I could not believe it. I've had dogs for over 30 years and never has a groomer handed her back wet! When I asked about the blow dry, it would have been $18. And the dremel was extra. And there were a bunch of "supplements" for sale. Everything was a la carte. Once again, if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I'm done, and that's a shame. It was a great idea, but I got no warning about the extras. It's not that the charges are a problem, it's the lack of transparency.

Took my dog in for a trial for hot to leave a tip . They said ok signed the receipt. I left I get my email receipt and it has a tip of more then the intel visit . Fraud comes to mind !

Not even one star! My dog died while in their care. He was fine when I left him and a half hour later I got a call saying he was limp. I was there within 3 minutes and he was laying on the floor with people around him crying and screaming. They put him in my arms so I could take him to the emergency vet but he was already dead. Heard from the owner and was told that corporate was doing an investigation. Asked to see the video, no response. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES TO THIS PLACE!!!
