My experience with Save Gadget was not as greats I thought it would be. The quote for my iPhoneX working ,with a cracked screen was around 70$. I was able to print a label and mail them my phone with no issues. The amount I finally was quoted was 18$. The battery health was low and that took off another 50$?? Wouldn’t that be included in the refurbishing process anyways. I had a problem logging into my account and customer service was very quick answer my email & help. I was expecting a digital check , I check my email for a week and nothing came. I had two unanswered emails to support and then a paper check arrived in the mail. It was at least 15 days from when I sent the phone. I was not impressed with this service.
