I marked mint condition and it was so but they reduced nearly $120 on phone later saying it has dents, which it never had

Fair offer, quick assessment of my device, and then quick payment. Not every sale of a device is this simple and hassle free. I appreciate you and I will gladly look to your company in the future.

The trade-in process was very smooth and I got my payment 2 days after my iPhone was delivered.

Speedy service and excellent customer care!

Process was fast and easy and I got a very fair price for my iPhone. Payment was prompt and worry-free. Communication was excellent.

This company is legit. Had no issues and everything you see is exactly what you get! I would use them again if the price is right!!

Thank goodness I make of movie of the functionality, the edges, screen, front and back as well as the Serial Number and IMEI, and continued the movie while I wrapped it, sealed it and addressed it. I was sent a much lower figure with a few pictures of a phone that was not mine. I asked them to turn on the phone in the pictures to see the serial number and IMEI. It is 7/25 and the company is getting back to me about this review...only 2.5 years. Must be in a galaxy far, FAR away. Well I stand by my review and I very rarely write poor reviews as they are time consuming. I wrote this one because they sent pictures of a phone that was NOT MINE, different IMEI and serial number and an offer for much less. SHAME ON YOU! People work hard and do not have time for your corrupt practices. Karma will see to it you get what you give in the end, my friend. Bye bye bye. Maybe if a doctor treated your child with the same disregard, maybe a CT from a different patient and lying to you and selling her body parts...hmmm. One is either honest or they are not. You hurt people with your bait and switch policy. SHAME

Very easy and quick transaction
