I shipped my phone based on an offer I was given. Upon receipt of my phone I received a much lower figure. It only took 1 email to clarify my position and they immediately reconsidered and approved their original offer. Thank you for being a stand up company.

They quoted me 1740. Then when they got the phones they said 800. Then we agreed on 1400 and they sent 1350. I would never do business with them again personally. Bad first experience.

The language and reasoning given for the reduction in value was not professional and ruined the customer experience. For a 15% reduction in value, your company should have honored the initial amount rather than leaving the customer with the feeling of bait and switch.
