The service was amazing. I placed an order and the next day they called to verify what I needed. We had a great discussion on my needs, the team set everything up and it was amazing. We received our unit ahead of schedule. So far the service has been amazing. Happy customers Ken Williams.

Customer service was top notch. My unit was very delayed from the manufacturer which I knew when I ordered and they kept me up to date throughout the process. Krizza and Ez are on top of it very responsive.

I have had great communication with Krizza throughout the entire process. I searched and researched which sauna to purchase and then which company to buy from. My research was correct that SaunaKits was the most consumer friendly and offered not only a very fair price , but substantian consumer support. I made the right choice !!

Over the past 4 months I’ve been looking at A LOT of sauna kits and finally decided on the 8 person cube from SaunaKits. I had an endless number of questions with regard to the sauna and heater and received exceptional customer service from Matthew and John. They were very prompt in responding to all my inquiries and were even able to arrange a small customization I desired to the sauna. Although I haven’t received the sauna yet, if the quality of the build is on par with the quality of Matthew and John’s customer service then I will definitely be a happy customer. So far so good!
