We purchased a HUUM Drop sauna heater from Nordica Sauna in December 2023, and the customer service from Nordica has been essential to install and use the heater. 1.) We missed applying a discount code, which Nordica quickly applied and refunded the extra cost after our request. 2. More importantly, Nordica customer service helped us diagnose an issue with the installation. The electrician we hired made an installation mistake. Nordica identified the issue and sent a replacement part, free of charge. We're extremely happy we purchased with Nordica, and plan to buy accessories from them.

We had a great experience with Nordica. The customer service was amazing. Our only frustration was with the manufacturer (SunRay) when 2 pieces of our sauna came defective. However, the Nordica team was very proactive and responsive in contacting the manufacturer to send us new parts for free. Maja is great!

They were extremely kind and patient with me helping me make the purchase of my first sauna. They also shipped my sauna to me and it got here quicker than even Amazon prime packages!!! I cannot recommend this sweet company more!

Initial communication about shipping was a bit slow, but once i reached out they were communicative. Shipping was smooth and everything arrived in good shape and as planned. the construction process was fairly clear and basically everything fit/functioned as i had hoped.
