I ordered a sauna from leasurecraft and it was a complete nightmare process. The manufacturer was holding up my order citing tariffs and said I needed to pay the 25%. Then they told me I needed a forklift for my order to ship and provided me a company that has forklifts on trucks. Then with zero notice ships it. I scrambled for a forklift only to not need it and be completely out of pocket $1400. Not only did Nordica help me get the shipping squared away after the manufacturer screwed up TWICE they also reimbursed me for the forklift rental that I didn't need after all. Support was with me every step of the way even while I was melting down with manufacturer issue after issue. I would highly reccomend Nordica Sauna and will continue to have my business on future purchases. Leasurecraft can burn to the ground. I will not be using them for my next sauna.

I shopped around some before landing on Nordica. Bought the Saunalife 6 person outdoor cube with Huum Drop 9 heater. Nordica staff answered my questions and were very knowledgeable. Also price competitive. Delivered on time with no damage or missing parts. Will recommend Nordica to others.

Communication from Nordica was great. My original model was delayed, but they hooked me up with another model that was almost exactly the same (just a different door design). I'm loving it. It was easy to assemble (if you have a strong, handy helper!). He appreciated the easy-to-follow assembly instructions.

This was my first order with Nordica Sauna. I requested second day shipping on my order. The product didn’t ship from the third-party for filler until next day. Delaying my order delivery time. The team at Nautica sauna took the time to review all the correspondence and decided that they could’ve advised differently and refunded my shipping. In today’s world you don’t find customer service like this And they now have a customer for life!

Eric was very helpful. He called me within an hour and wanted to make sure I knew the delivery date. He also told me about a different sauna that I might have interest and could be delivered earlier. I went with the earlier one and it will work out better.

They have proved very responsive and helpful with some persistent issues we’ve been experiencing with the Saunum heater we bought from Nordica.

Great experience and communication. When the sauna was delivered and constructed, noticed a door handle was missing. Contacted Nordica and they shipped a handle next day. Would absolutely recommend Nordica to all.
