Ive been researching outdoor sauna’s for a while and considered several. I landed on saunakits cube sauna. The experience working with their team to ensure my order was complete and priced out was excellent. My sales associate was Sam and he was very responsive to my questions and helped me to understand my quote and the delivery process.

Product was damaged by shipping company, not sauna kits fault they reviewed photos and concerns and within a couple days resolved the issues with a fair resolution very reliable company to buy from!

I ordered an Auroom Sauna Hat from SaunaKits.com. It was advertised at $67.50 + Free Shipping but when I placed the order, it charged me $29.99 shipping. I got on a chat with Sam and he verified that it was indeed, $29.99 shipping unless I spent $500 (it did not say that anywhere on the website). After quite a lengthy chat, Sam was able to get me the free shipping as advertised. They also took the time and effort to change the wording so the marketing is now correct. The hat was shipped (free) in a timely manner. I am pleased with the purchase and pleased with the customer service.

I received notification that my sauna was ready to deliver. XPO delivered the crate (four large packages total. The sauna is flat packed - great idea - separate pieces in the three different boxes and the heat in the fourth. I have to move things around but anticipate I should be able to snap it together once I have the site cleared. I am soooo excited and can not wait to actually use the sauna.
