Mathew the CSR was patient, well informed and very helpful, providing several quotes with different equipment permutations. Looking forward to the delivery!

I appreciated the honesty. Matthew was very helpful in answering all of my questions and helping me get the discounts available.

The customer support was awesome and sale discount serious enough to convince me to pull the trigger. Cannot wait for the sauna to arrive!

Recently purchased Barcelona Elite 1-2 Person Ultra Low EMF FAR Infrared Sauna | DYN-6106-01 Elite Super nice and it gets very hot. 30 min is enough time for a session. it is way better to let it warm up for 20 before going in. So glad I got this. You do not have to worry about cleaning this after use unlike one of those small portable steam saunas. Perfect size as well. I ordered from Nordica Sauna online and super pleased with them. They had the model I wanted. Matthew helped me out and gave me a great deal along with 2 free back rests. It was delivered quickly and in perfect shape. Set up was a total breeze and I did it myself, however it would be slightly easier with another person. This sauna is solid and super well made. I recommend putting small felt sliders on the contact points on the base to protect your flooring, plus you can adjust it easily. Well worth it!!

The customer service was fantastic from start to finish. Very quick and helpful responses.

Delivery was delayed, but Nordica Sauna was great in addressing it right away. Just built it yesterday and it was simple.

All of my communication with Nordica Sauna, especially Matthew went very well. I purchased the Hening Elite corner unit, and am currently awaiting delivery to made.

This would be my second positive experience with Nordica Sauna this day the 25th of September 2025. I just received multiple emails from the manufacturer, the distributor being Nordicathat the sauna has been shipped with an ETA of October 2nd. Then Matthew with Nordica also contacted me confirming shipment, and moments after the trucking company called me. To date nothing but an excellent correspondence with Matthew and highly recommended him and the companies involved. Fingers crossed it all gets here as stated with no issues.
