John, Matt and team were super responsive, helpful and provided great advice during the purchasing process. Thank you

John and Eric were very helpful and nice! The sauna we originally ordered was out of stock. They called quickly, informed us of the issue, and also researched saunas similar to our needs that we could order instead. They were efficient and very helpful! Great customer service!

We ordered a diy build sauna! Scary? The advice, the explanations and the deal were brilliant. Nordica were amazing. Next step is the delivery and build. So far so good

Great experience, thanks for the service.

Just ordered our first sauna through Nordica. Customer Service was top notch. Hope the finished product is equally as great.
