If I Had 1 Word To Describe My Experience With Nautica Sauna INTEGRITY JOHN & Erik Where So Helpful Thru The Process We Went Back And Forth For A Month I Had A Lot Of Questions & Undecided Never Preasured & Always Helpful Hard To Find These Days 5 Stars Hands Down !!!

I talked with two gents and made the purchase with one, both were great. Received FINNMARK Trinity FB4 10/16/25, assembled 10/21/25 [except steam heater], enjoyed first session 10/22/25. Electrician coming 10/24/25. Everyone and everything are as should be, GREAT! Thank you. Larry

Matthew and Eric really helped me decide which heather, stones, and WiFi remote system to proceed with today. Highly Recommend Nordica Sauna.

Matthew was outstanding to work with. He was professional, patient, and consultative throughout the entire process of helping us choose the right sauna. Rather than pushing a specific model, he took the time to understand our needs, explain the differences, and guide us toward the best fit for our space and goals. His product knowledge and genuine approach made the experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend working with him!

Mathew did a great job. Very timely with accurate information

Provided clear information regarding my order. Answered questions. Very patient.

Good product, knowledgeable, easy to do business with, great follow-up.

My interaction to date (sauna not here yet) has been with a sales rep, Matthew, and he has been great. super patient, informative, gave me great information without being pushy, helping me wade through the pro's and cons of various options given my restrictions
