Outstanding Service! John did a great job walking me through the pros and cons of several saunas I was considering. When it came time to order, he was transparent on pricing, timing of delivery, and hassle free. Really enjoyed the process and am confident I’ll have top notch service post delivery.

Nordica Sauna has fantastic customer service, essential when making an expensive purchase. I ultimately had to cancel my order, but the process could not have been easier thanks to Nordica. They were in constant contact with me the whole time and I appreciated how understanding they were when I told them we had to cancel the order. If you're looking for a sauna but don't know where to start, start here, with Nordica Sauna, they're the real deal.

This company really sets itself apart with its amazing customer service. John, their sales manager, contacted me directly to offer an upgrade on my order and at a lower price which was unexpected and awesome! Even though my order had already been placed, they honored the offer. I'm really happy I chose to order my sauna through Nordica. It's comforting to know I'll be taken care of every step of the way with this team.

John has been so helpful with the process of choosing a sauna- he has given us some great ideas for how to build the perfect wellness space. We love the design features and just overall beauty of the Auroom Mira, we know we are going to really enjoy it. John helped us figure out the technical specs to give to our builder, and walked us through the whole process, great customer service!

Excellent service from every team I dealt with — Sales, Fulfillment, and Tech Support. Krizza was particularly helpful in locating a replacement part and ensuring it was shipped promptly. Steve from Tech Support was also outstanding — he answered all my questions, offered valuable advice, and responded immediately to follow-up messages. Well done to the entire team!
