Best price and there are real humans to talk too.

John the sales manager was absolutely incredible helping me out from picking my Sauna to helping me with all the electrical components and all the obstacles I had to come over John was there every step of the way giving me calls and making sure I was supported through my whole entire journey of buying my Sauna. Nordica is an amazing company that I would 100% recommend buying from them if you want great support all the way through .

Fast and helpful team

Absolutely loved the experience provided by Eric during my purchase. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions. Not there to push sales, just genuinely there to help! Couldn’t be happier. Next stop: sauna time!

Customer service got back to me quickly on my order, and process went smoothly.

The representative was amazing and a great help.

Matthew answered our questions clearly and in good detail. He helped us receive Black Friday pricing and sent us technical books so we could meet with our contractors.

The person I spoke with was helpful and knowledgeable. He also was very friendly and happy.
