I love my Finnmark Infrared Sauna. I did have to wait a while to receive it because the sauna vendor is not located within the US, but the Nordica Sauna representatives were great at keeping me up to date on my shipment date. If you are looking for a very good quality infrared sauna that can get hotter than 130F then look no further than the Finnmark brand. I can personally attest to sitting in it at 155F and it goes up to 170F. Nordica Sauna also had the best pricing on it.

My experience with Chris and John was outstanding. They were very helpful and helped answer any of the questions that I had regarding the purchase of a nice new sauna. The customer service was outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a sauna.

Great customer service from Matthew, extremely responsive.

Helpful and knowledgeable

Great customer service, easy to gather information regarding saunas and sauna accessories.

The purchasing process was smooth, courteous, and overall great. I placed an order and the polite gentleman that took my order informed me of the delivery steps. He also clarified my particular unit might be delayed, and ensured further contact regarding fulfillment will be made via text and email. From the initial call to the final purchase of the order was prompt and my questions were fielded professionally. Thank you
