I’ve never experienced such good service from a company before. Shout out to Matthew who always got back to me immediately and over delivered on every request I asked in a timely fashion. Bravo.

Sam was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, attentive, efficient and personal. Everything you want in a customer rep! SaunaKits seems to have their stuff together. Happy so far to have done business with them and am eager to get my sauna.

I had a great experience working with Krizza throughout the delivery of my sauna. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional from start to finish. We had an issue with one of the panels arriving damaged, and Krizza handled everything quickly and made sure the replacement was taken care of. She kept me updated throughout the process and made what could have been a frustrating situation very easy. Excellent customer service — I really appreciate all of her help and would definitely recommend working with her!

Purchasing a sauna is an expensive decision that involves research and multiple components to be put together. We had all our questions answered patiently and very quickly: often waiting less than an hour for email replies. And the process of ordering was streamlined and easy to understand. Looking forward to receiving our sauna
