My experience with Jessica as top notch. We had a shipping delay and she was all over it for a solution.

Love this company. Their customer service is superb!

Unit came quickly. No damage. Only trouble we had was reading instructions…the print was small. We are loving it.

Since buying a sauna heater is not easy, I needed help and I was guided to the right heater and the accessories. And it shipped out quickly and we are awaiting arrival.
