Jessica is an excellent listener, great communicator, and overall just a nice person to chat with. She helped me gain the information and product I was seeking. The complication with my order is due to me adding things to the order and trying to squeak in the change before the order is processed for shipping. All of my interactions with Nordica Sauna customer service representatives have been helpful, efficient, and appreciated.

Product - as described. Communication w. - manufacturer/supplier 10/10, w. broker 9/10. In summary - a perfect experience w. the main entities- the manufacturer and its broker. My kind recommendation to both of them is to replace the local (western WA state) shipping company as incompetent and malevolent that caused issues for all of us. Important to add that in dealing w. the local shipping issues - both the manufacturer and their broker mitigated the best solution promptly & professionally.
