The knowledge and helpfulness of the people, John Adams, the sales manager was nothing short of amazing in helping us figure out the best option. Their products are amazing, they sell quality products period!

Customer Service is good, John helped me know what I wanted

I would like to thank John Adams, his service top shelf. He made me feel that i was in good hands, and that I will be more than happy with my sauna. thank you John

Great customer service. Provided detailed product information and options that I had been researching for multiple months 10-14 months. I was going to purchase from another company. The man I spoke to when asking for questions changed my choice to Nordica.

The team at Nordica goes above and beyond I placed my order. They kept me updated every step of the way it arrived. There were no issues with anything, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience to date. I’m a proud owner of an ice bath and sauna from them

John was great to work with, patient with all the questions I threw at him and responsive to figuring out the best sauna to meet our needs.

I was considering purchasing the finnmark fd2 sauna and was looking for some advice. I was lucky to talk with Eric who was very knowledgeable and patient. He shared with me information no other store did. Very professional.

Matthew was very helpful and friendly on the phone. Answered all my questions. Can't wait for delivery of my sauna and start using it.
