The sauna works great and was very easy to set up and get running only took about an hour by myself although two capable people could knock it out in 20 min I’d bet. The shipping was not as fast as I hoped I had to call the freight company multiple times and schedule several appointments to get this delivered. The tracking showed my sauna sitting one hour away from me for 3 weeks and I wanted to pick it up because it was supposed to arrive dec 21st but didn’t get it till after Christmas as it was a gift. Non the less the sauna is great!!

Great product, a little expensive. Works well . The instructions definitely need improvement. I added some personal touches such as a hearth pad underneath and a hood cover over the intake and gas valve area. Good customer service

Huum Hive Wood 12kW: Ordering and delivery were quick and easy. Pricing was very competitive. The stove is outstanding. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was that I emailed with a couple questions but never got a response.

So far the delivery went well except I didn't know exactly what date it was going to be delivered -- only approximate date --- but i was able to adjust my schedule fortunately -- when the delivery came. I have not constructed the sauna yet but will in a couple days -- very excited about this Otherwise you do have a great outlet, service and have helped me find the sauna and accessories for me

Could have used installation instructions

Just tried it. It’s fantastic. Packaging was awesome. The only two problems we had were: 1) the brackets provided on the left wall was not the right fit. So we just used the bracket that came with the heater unit 2) the only damaged part was the water bucket. It would be great if you can send a replacement. It was cracked right through.
