Impeccable customer service and communication! Krizza has been helping us to work through some hiccups with our sauna order. She communicated in super timely manner, respectful and very helpful. In the end we are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend working with Nordica Sauna company.

Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable on all of our questions while shopping for the perfect sauna -

Another great customer service experience! I needed to purchase some accessories for our sauna and Matthew immediately called me to help with the purchase and answer all my questions. I am so glad we made our sauna purchase with Nordica. They know how to take care of their customers!

I had an issue with my sauna heater and reached out to see about a warranty. Krizza was incredibly helpful, responsive, and communicative. I ended up with the outcome I was hoping for and Krizza made it an easy process!

The Nordica Sauna Team, especially Krizza, John, and Eric, were outstanding from start to finish. They took the time to educate me and patiently answered my million questions so I could make the best decision. The product is excellent and service is top notch. Highly recommend!
