Our post sales customer service experience has been top notch! Working with Ez has been a pleasure!

Jessica was an incredible help with my order. Thank you so much, I will use this company again.

John and EZ have been absolutely incredible. EZ helped with the entire process and made it so smooth. When my electrician made a critical error ruining my sauna, John stepped in and talked through it with them. He resolved the issue, even AFTER HOURS. If you are going to buy a sauna, I could not recommend them enough. Exceeds all expectations. This is my first review I’ve ever wrote because they were so incredible.

John Adams was so very helpful and his follow-up emails really communicated customer care and concern are a high priority. Received first-rate help, excellent professionalism all served with kindness. Highly recommended!

John was very straight forward and worked hard to get the very best pricing.

I love our new Finmark 6 barrel sauna. John Adams was instrumental in making it all work and so helpful with instructions and follow-up! Best family gift for our new home!
