It takes about 120 minutes to reach the 151 max temp. Its nice otherwise. it does have a timer and shuts off after it. So if you set it to warm up please put in a long amount of time.

I like my sauna a lot, very nice looking and performs well. I will say that it is supposed to fit 4 people, whereas it will only fit 3 adults max.

You worked with me on the delivery date and that was perfect. The product was everything advertised and is working great. The directions for installation included were limited in details and there was some guessing but it all turned out good in the end.

We had a very long wait for our sauna, but now that we have it and it is installed we are enjoying it immensely. It is a really nice sauna.

Nordic Sauna was great to work with. Very helpful. Sauna is awesome and my family has been enjoying it very much. My only suggestion to Nordic would be to update the website that the 3 in on sauna can be plugged in but requires an electrician for the steam part of the sauna. The delivery company was good to work with bit the driver was very unhelpful. They left the 70b crate at the end of my long (and very flat) driveway. It could have easily been dropped off much closer to the house. We, in fact made that request to the delivery company bit the driver completely ignores this request. All in all we got it in the house and put together and are really enjoying the sauna.

The Auroom sauna (we chose the Cala model) is very high quality. The parts went together nicely and the fit and finish is excellent. The wood is very attractive, with no esthetic flaws. The recommended heater works very well and heats the room quickly. The assembly went fairly smoothly, since our constructor was an experienced carpenter, but I don’t think the average do-it-your- seller would have such an easy time with it. Very happy overall with the product. However, the time between ordering and delivery was six months (promised in three) and the final trucking company was ill prepared to deliver the large crate. The folks at Nordica were as helpful as they could be along the way, considering they don’t have control over the manufacturing in Estonia. Overall, I would recommend purchasing a sauna from this vendor.

Sale person was very helpful. We chose the Avila. It says 1-2 person.. one is spacious and comfortable, 2 is possible but need to be small people and you would still be close. Always hard to buy online sight unseen but I felt confident in what I was told about products and love our new sauna. It arrived fairly quick set up was super easy. It does require two people to assemble. We waited quite a while for backrests but I’m assuming delay was due to natural disaster. They are a must have way more comfortable sitting when you can lean back. I wish the lower half warmed as much as the back .. be nice to have warmer legs and feet area.. but it’s not a deal breaker. I gave it four stars only for that reason and the delayed shipping on backrest. Great customer service.

Ok- first off, this review is only for the ordering and delivery process, because we’re still installing the heater into our sauna and I hate how companies ask folks to review things immediately, but what you REALLY should want to know is: does this product stand the test of time, right?! So…I can’t speak to that yet. But the ordering process was easy and smooth…we had a kind representative help us find the highest discount code that wasn’t working for us, so that was amazing. The only reason I rated a star lower than perfect is because we didn’t receive shipping info, tracking , or anything for weeks. I was trying to be patient, but finally had to contact them to ask the status of our order and all of a sudden, I had tracking and shipping info. It’s clear that our order got lost in the holidays. But, it arrived in decent timing afterwards and was packaged well- no damage to the item, and we’re pleased with it so far. Will update after it’s fully installed and working. 👌🏻
