I originally placed an order to purchase an infrared sauna, and was unfortunately forced to cancel before I was able to receive it. My review is with the staff that handled the cancellation process. John the general manager handled my cancellation and made it an easy process. If I’m able to get one in the future, I’m definitely going to deal with him
