I have to applaud SaunKits for the superior service. Especially the sales rep, Sam Kubeka. As with many large purchases, I was looking at many companies to purchase the sauna. Sam was always the first to provide the information I requested and ultimately the best pricing. He was even willing to hold the sauna in his warehouse till I needed it. I have no doubt this experience will continue. It is the extra mile that makes the sale and a happy customer!

I had a great experience working with Eric. I had a few questions about what heater to go with and ended up going with the Harvia with the WiFi.
