Wonderful experience. Answered every question promptly and I had a ton of them. The sauna got there early and I am loving it.

I contacted Support on a Saturday. I was surprised to receive a response within minutes of contacting. Not only a reply to my email but also a text response (I had reached out numerous ways). Krizza was so incredibly helpful, sweet and handled my issue better than I could have ever hoped. I was honestly taken aback by just how responsive she was all the way through resolution. She was proactive in checking in with me even while we awaited the manufacturer’s action. A+ SUPERB service. Makes me want to stay a customer of saunakits.com for life!

John, the General Manager, was excellent. He was extremely responsive, diligent, timely, and accurate. We noticed a couple of issues with the product descriptions, and John hunted down the causes and offered clear explanations. He provided me with helpful information, and gave me his frank advice. I really appreciated his guidance when selecting an appropriate heater for my sauna. I trust him to do the right thing by his customers.
