Hands down the best grip for the Switch. It is an essential purchase if you want to use it handheld for more than a few minutes. Ordered the ZenGrip 2 - BeatEmUps Slim Bundle via their website, and received it to the UK in 8 days. Excellent turnaround, especially as their shipping estimation was 8-14 days. Really happy with the grip and case, fits perfectly, looks and feels awesome. There are cheaper grips available, sure, but I certainly feel this is worth the asking price. Thank you all at Satisfye!

This time the delivery was perfect and there were no problems with the grip. When it is good it also needs to be said. I received the Zengrip 2 and case for switch 2 from Beatemups.

Love my new ZenGrip Pro for my OLED Switch. I know that there have been delays with shipping timelines, but just about every business on earth is facing the same struggles due to supply chain problems. Half the stuff I order on Amazon arrives late these days too. Anyway, can't thank Satisfye enough for making such a killer grip for my Switch. Love the comfortable feel and the solid fit.

Love Satisfye sooo much !! All there products are the best quality. I will always buy Satisfye.

Ordered one of the switch bundles which advertently was lost in transit. Upon contacting Satisfye they responded within about 48 hrs very understanding, apologetic and helpful with the matter and was given a full refund to re-order again using a different delivery option if desired. Re-ordered and arrived yesterday, beware that if ordering to the UK you will incur Import charges under EU import rules about items being over a certain value.

Honestly, hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced! They dispatched the grip controller very quickly but my mail carrier messed up and left it somewhere that's not my house, which was never located, and didn't let me know. I ended up having a battle with Royal Mail (UK) who made me jump through endless hoops because they made a mistake, and eventually said I had to ask Satisfye to contact them. I reached out to Satisfye and they immediately sorted the whole thing out even though it wasn't even remotely their fault. They were super helpful and prioritised the customer over making a profit. It's rare you come across that in a modern company. I've already recommended them to my friends and they're going to place orders now. Couldn't recommend these guys more! :)

The brand new Switch grip and case edition. Everything is in such good quality! They really did well with this. And for the price, it is amazing! Shipment took only a week. The grip is PERFECT for my hands. Though the case can not hold the dock, it can hold the Switch in the grip, the adapter and charger, and still has some space for extra goodies! Thanks so so much!
