I read a lot of great things about this product online and through YouTube. It looks great, feels good but you cant use the dock like you can on other devices. I ordered the stand alone grip for my switch oled to see if i liked it and decided to order the case later but wait…you evidently cant do that…So in order for me to get the case i have to order the elite bundle and send my current grip back which i would have to pay for the shipping for the return and for the new product. I even asked if they could send me the rest of the pack and id pay the difference and shipping and was told no. This is not what I would call good business practice but its not my company. I like to buy American but I wont be buying from this company again
