Pre ordered a oled grip. They took my money no problem but did not ship. I contacted them a couple times over 3 months and they kept giving me the run around and excuses that seem to be normal business for them. Finally got refund.

A purchase was made on January 28, and it is now March 11 with no parcel delivered and no refund. Stated delivery time was 5-7 business days. If they ever deliver packages, there is no regard for that time window. Their support email is responsive, however no action seems to go along with that responsiveness. Having contacted their support a few times to resolve the issue, there hasn’t been any action that I am aware of. Requests to ensure the parcel was delivered had no result. Requests for a refund had no result. There were emails stating that they’d take care of it, but I haven’t seen any results over the past 6 weeks. After ordering, a confirmation email was sent to me with what appeared to be a UPS tracking code. Viewing this, there was no progress in the delivery process. As time dragged on, it became apparent that I was barred from even filing a UPS claim for that tracking number. Eventually, the number was canceled all together. Perhaps coincidence, but the card I billed with needed to be canceled due to unknown charges. This has been the only less-well-known vendor I have made a purchase with during this time period. As things stand, trust is not something I would attribute to the Satisfye website.

Similar experience to other reviews. Purchases product over 2 weeks ago. Website had no mention of backorder or that this was a pre-order. They claim all products ship within 24 hours. When I asked for an update they say they're "working hard at getting me my product." Terrible experience so far.

Satisfye has been a nightmare to deal with. When I requested shipping information for my product that I purchased 2 weeks ago. Their site guarantees super fast shipping (24 hour processing) for their made in America products, all compete bogus. When I ordered the zen grip pro it said it was available and in stock. 4-7 days shipping was quoted, it even says 2 day shipping is available. Again a complete lie. After 10 days of no contact at all from satisfye, I reached out and was told that my order was actually a preorder for a product that wasn’t currently in stock. I was then fed some nonsense story about couriers in Hong Kong and told that satisfye was incurring great expense to get them here to the US as quickly as possible. I replied letting them know I wasn’t informed of the preorder and was dissatisfied with their lack of honesty and transparency and asked for a refund. Satisfye then blocked me from their Facebook and silenced our communications rather than answering to the feedback or intimating my requested refund for the product they advertised completely false. It was not advertised as a preorder, it wasn’t advertised as out of stock. Satisfyes chosen marketing on their own webpage lead me to believe I was buying an American product that would be shipped to me within 4-7 days. Now two weeks later I’ve received nothing more than a promise that in the next month or so it should be here. I’d rather buy the competitors grip but now satisfye has blocked me rather than initiating my refund request.

Satisfye are taking peoples money for product they don’t have is illegal and then using that money to purchase product to fill next orders. They completely took all money from pre orderes never fulfilled those pre orders bought more product and fulfilled those orders. Customer service is disgusting! After questioning where our product is we get blocked on Social media and our comments removed only leaving good comments on their page. Never answering emails only sending out the same message to every email or reply about they have bad shipping and it’s going to take longer and to contact the support email in which you get no reply what so ever! They have taken all our money and purchased product they did not have in the first place to make the new product and forgot about those people. There’s no other explanation for not filling out your pre orders from last year October/November, when people who ordered in December and January are now receiving their orders and anyone else making orders. We will be going to trading standards.

Worst order experience I had so far. Advertised: delivery mid december 2021 Then suddenly End December a few days after buying. On 24th dec update: 3 weeks until fulfilled So far it hasnt even been shipped at all… Best part in the update they say new orders will be shipped mid-january. Its the 8th today and my order from early december is not even shipped… 10th jan. Still no product and no new update nothing

Horrendous company. I placed an order for their product on Oct 9th with the promise the product would ship in November. Here we are January 3rd and STILL nothing but broken promises, perpetual lies, and continued excuses for delays. I completely understand we are in the midst of a global pandemic, but at this point there is no excuse for them having Zero customer communication and support to address/ correct this issue.

Canceled my pre order without an explanation. All I was told was “we will look into it” after several weeks and emails the only other response I got was that “we’ll ask our account manager what the hold up is” awful customer service that comes off as rude and incompetent.
