This is a scam company. I ordered flowers from them on June 17th 2024, the following day I received a notice that the order had been canceled today is July 2nd 2024 and I am still waiting for a refund. Do not order flowers from this company! Update: Today is July 5th refund finally is pending at my bank after several phone calls to them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! My husband order me flowers for our anniversary and they changed his card then immediately canceled the order and we have been trying to get our refund and they keep saying 3 business days and it been two weeks and we haven’t gotten it yet. I did put a complaint in the the better business bureau so waiting to hopefully get money refunded.SCAMMERS!!!!!

Just like every one else on here, they took my money, canceled the order, and I haven't seen a dime. Luckily, my credit card company refunded me. Those 5 star reviews are fake.

Apparently I was another person scammed by Sarata Flower! Ordered flowers for my mom’s 70th bday 6/23/24 and she never received them (surprise). When checking emails I realized there was an email that stated the order was cancelled and money was refunded. I didn’t think much of it because my mom lives in “Tim buck to” and they always have issues with delivery services. But when checking my card information today, I noticed they never refunded the money. Upon searching for a phone number to contact them (which there isn’t one) all of the BBB negative info came up! Ugh why didn’t I go with my instinct! “Sarata Flower? Who’s ever heard of that and dang these prices are too good to be true and wow there’s actually a florist that will deliver last minute on a Sunday?” $77 dollars later… I’m out! Don't Oder through this “company” they are scamming and they’ll take your money and personal information!!

This company is either a scam or works with scammers! I received an email saying they had refunded my canceled order. The email said they had Refunded the money But I’ve yet to see it after a week. I’ve had to open a dispute with the credit card company. Don’t do business with this company. I ordered my flowers on the phone and I received an order confirmation email. I noticed they charged my credit card right away. Then immediately I receive a cancellation email. I don’t check my email every 10 or 15 minutes and I overlooked it. Then I got an email that said your credit card has been refunded which was not true. Buyer beware.

I placed an order for flowers to be sent to my daughters for her birthday they got they're money from my card my daughter never got her flowers no refund either
